Roman style Balustrading is designed to
meet 
UK building regulations. Where there is a drop
of
over 600mm from
patio or balcony to ground
level. The overall height is1100mm and when
balusters spaced at 177mm centres, a ball of
100mm
diameter will not pass through them.
The photograph t the right shows a spiral radius of 3000mm with a drop of
1500mm. Because of the special requirements of the fall, radius and angle
turned, these usually require moulds to be manufactured to suit the specific
conditions.
